Application of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2) to the holder of a driver’s licence issued by the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec or by the Department of Motor Vehicles of the State of New York is subject to the Reciprocal Agreement between the State of New York and Québec concerning Drivers’ Licences and Traffic Offenses, the text of which is appended.
